There's no longer an option to leave a voicemail with the pharmacy, so during busy hours when the pharmacist is occupied and unable to directly answer the phone, it is not possible to call in a prescription for my patients. Excellent example of taking a system that was working perfectly fine and ruining it just for the sake of change.
