  I had a very horrible experience with this company. Not one single thing is right about Terminix. Terminix give horrendous service, terrible customer service. They don't respect date or time of appointment, they don't respect customers. They have horrific management, managers aren't willing to talk to you, they don't care about customers, they care only about customer's money. 1 star is too much for this company

  Simply put they do not deliver on what is sold. Their sales rep did a good job during the initial process. Unfortunately, amateur hour began shortly after. During the initial treatment, when techs were going to close up entry points for rodents, leave a bait box, multiple glue traps, install new crawl space doors, and replace a tarp in our crawl space; only a fraction was completed. Garbage bags full of trash were left behind, majority but not all points of entry were sealed, bait box was never placed, some glue traps were placed, and the crawl space doors were never installed (only a few 2x4's to cover gaps). At this point no notes were left or phone calls were made to me in regards to a follow up visit. I had to call their call center located in Dallas, TX to speak with someone. They agreed that this was unacceptable, and had said that the Chattanooga office would contact me within 24-48 hours. This never occurred within that time frame. I then had to place two additional calls to get a response from the local branch. Once I did get that response, a tech was there within two hours to pick up the garbage bags and place three more glue drops. Still minus a bait box, crawl space doors(which i was told were on back order), two points of entry left open. If you have read this far, I think you understand how poor they are with their service. I did allow for a month to pass, to allow for them to have the opportunity to make things right. This never occurred, and the same issues persisted. I then canceled everything with Terminix. Serious lack of accountability with their service department. If there were accountability issues like this would not persist. There is also a severe lack of communication to their customers. A customer needs to babysit them in order to get things done. As a result of this poor experience, I have reported Terminix to the BBB in hopes of creating a better sense of accountability for this branch. So, just to reiterate, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
