  My first trip in , I was treated like a king. I was told some falsehoods and was told I would be given all the things that they kept putting on to my phone. After I had some issues with my billing I went back in to straighten things out and to show them my ID so that I could be put on the right plan I was supposed to have been put on. The sale girl that had waited on me and was so sweet and kind the first time I was in there, was very negative and very rude and the manager stood by and let her do it and I even asked why she was being so mean and so rude and she told me "she had fixed my plan just wanted me out of the store". Needless to say I am very very disappointed and upset with T-Mobile for not coaching her and the manager to treat the customers with better customer care. I worked for T-Mobile for 6 years and I know customer care it's what they used to be about, obviously not anymore!
