  I was charged for my Note 7 that I returned in 2016 every month until 1/30/18 (today). We went to the stores on 9 occasions and spent at minimum an hour each visit trying to get them to stop taking our money every month and it took them 6 months to resolve this once we found the charges. Only today did the error get fixed and our money is supposed to be refunded this week but I don't have a lot of faith in that promise. Not once has AT&T tried to compensate us for the time or stress of having to deal with this problem which is 100% their fault. Every month we had no choice but to continue to pay for a phone that we gave back to this company, had we protested and refused to pay the bill, we would have been disconnected and charged the full amount of our current phones and ultimately been sent to collections. This has been a nightmare for us. For 17 years we've held an account with this company and never once missed a payment. The audacity of these people is amazing. Only today, roughly 18 months after it all started, will we stop being charged and get the money they forced us to pay back. Still, AT&T hasn't reached out to us to make this right. A refund isn't good enough. This is not how customer service works.

  Worst AT&T Customer Service Center I have ever visited. Those guys don’t know what documents you require to setup an account. We waited for an hour for our turn to come and then again the guy took an hour to process our account. Later he told me that he can’t create my account because I don’t have a driver’s license. I did have my Passport and a Valid VISA though. I wasted 2 hours and I had to return back with nothing. So pathetic!! I would recommend going to a store where someone has the proper knowledge of the customer service.
