  The only reason we used Stone Source is that we had tile gifted to us for a portion of a project and they were the only ones who claimed they could match the tile. Bailey was our rep and every interaction with her was infuriating. She was condescending, never offered information, I had to ask a million questions to get simple answers, and she didn't call when she said she would. I had to follow-up. Additionally, passing through the costs of shipping to the consumer is ridiculous. Never going to use them again, will take my chances with buying online...especially if I have to pay for the shipping.
