  Went to Hamilton Place Mall today. Nathaniel (sp) terrible customer service. I waited close to the vacuum section for a few minutes and no one came to help. I saw Nathaniel in the mattress section with a customer. I asked if him if someone specific worked in the vacuum section and he said he could help but it would be awhile. I replied ok. He did come over to the section within a minute when I was asking another female employee in the section if she could help (which she said she didn’t work in that area either). He rudley said he would get me. When trying to talk to tell him what part I was looking for he kept saying that the parts department was closed on Sundays and I would need to come back. It was obvious he was trying to brush me off with his responses to my questions. Yes today was Sunday and parts were closed. I asked if he had number I could call instead of driving back to Chattanooga and he replied “they are not going to answer they are closed and I don’t have number on file”. He was just simply rude. So while I was walking out upset with the terrible customer service, I heard him say in a loud voice to the previous customer he had been working with in the mattress section “make sure you put everything back how you found it”. WHO SAYS THAT TO A CUSTOMER~~Nathaniel does at Sears.
