  Rooms To Go has the WORST customer service ever. We bought an adjustable mattress base from them in June. It stopped working in December. They told us to go to the store and pick out a new base. When I went to the store I was informed that to get an adjustable base with all the features that I had that I would have to pay the difference of $1,300. As I cannot afford to pay an additional $1,300, I am now stuck with an adjustable base that I cannot use. I guess it’s back to sleeping on the couch again. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I am absolutely infuriated and I will NEVER buy from them again.
