  BEWARE! If you pay cash for an item over $20 and you have to return it, you will not receive a cash refund. They will only refund you with a check that you will have to wait 7-10 business days to receive in the mail. Which is ridiculous! I returned a $140 item and was told they don't keep enough money in the store to refund cash. For years Rock Creek has been the only outfitter in town and thankfully that's about to change. I can't wait for REI to open in October!!!!!!! When they do, I doubt I'll ever step foot back in Rock Creek again.
