  We stopped by the downtown store during a weekend trip to Chattanooga and purchased a fleece jacket for our daughter. A few days later we noticed a hole in the shoulder, a manufacturing flaw. Since we live out of town we couldn’t simply return the jacket and didn’t want to pursue a lengthy return with North Face (6-8 weeks). We called and spoke with the manager, Brittany, who was so genuine and friendly about everything. She got us in touch with Jon from customer service and after providing some photos and a receipt, he emailed us a UPS return slip to return the jacket for free and concurrently overnighted us a replacement. What more could you ask for?! We appreciate the wonderful customer service and we will definitely stop by again the next time we visit Chattanooga. You’ve earned a customer for life. Thank you!!!
