  My mattress was great but over the last year my wife and I would end up in the middle of the mattress because it began to sag. The company agreed to look at the issue, however because there was a stain on the mattress they backed out. They assumed the stain was urine (it was not and I explained that it was not) and that was their way out of the warranty. They also made the claim that there was a blood stain on the box spring which did not even exist.
