  I ordered several pieces from them. It took a while to get my things but when they arrived they were late after I specifically told them I had to get to work after a certain time. Pieces were missing and when I called to ask about it I was answered in a quick and not so friendly manner as if it were my fault pieces were missing after they made me wait saying they wanted to make sure I got all my items at once... I work 12 hour night shifts 3 to 4 days a week I woke up early to get my things and well frankly I was a bit frustrated... especially after them being very short with me not apologizing or offering to make it better... nothing. So I wanted my other items and asked for them to be delivered the next day since I was off... I was answered with "we are short so I don't see that happening." I did not forget to pack things, I was not late, I paid for a product and service that was not being honored... I love my furniture but the customer service was horrible I am still waiting on some items. I will not purchase from them ever again.
