    REEKED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE!! Delivered to my child's HIGH SCHOOL and smelled so bad she refused to display it on her desk! I called the store and was told by the manager that they are only willing to refund my delivery fee. After calling the store back, the manager finally agreed to give me a full refund. I am disgusted and will NEVER order from them again! I also called the corporate store in hopes that Quality Assurance will do something. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

    I placed an order online and was sent a confirmation via email that it would be delivered same day by 5pm as the recipient address was a business. I took extra care to even select an item from the website’s “same day delivery” options. I then tried to call the store to ensure it would be delivered as I know this is a busy time for most businesses. I began calling at opening time and throughout the day, well over 30 calls at this point. Every call has been met with one of several “greetings”; a busy signal, a recorded message saying to call back during business hours(I double checked the hours to make sure I had them correct), a recording saying “no routes found”, or someone that is physically picking up the phone and slamming it down (which happened more than once while I have called throughout the day). I understand busy, but that is completely unacceptable. I then called the customer care line and continued to track my ordered as prompted by the website. The order status remained at “order received by store”. The customer care line sent an internal message to let the store know to please call me. I still haven’t received a call. At this point, I’m out of 133$ for an order that is apparently not getting delivered, and no way to get a refund because the store can’t be bothered to answer their phone. Completely unprofessional and I will definitely not be giving my business to this company in the future.
