I have never heard of anyone having a bad experience here with their Apple repairs, and I can agree from just having an iMac service. Since we don't have an actual Apple store here in Chattanooga (closest ones are Atlanta, Nashville & Knoxville), they are your best-bet for Apple Certified Repair. I should know, I worked for Apple for years and these guys were my go-to when customers asked for a repair location.
