  Great company to have servicing my home. The technician always calls for service and very knowledgeable! They took care of my ants in no time and we haven't seen one since! I recommend them to everyone!!

  Best pay in advance the guy doing the service doesn't get paid if you don't pay. They didn't send my 1st statement and he let me know he don't get paid if we don't pay. I paid right then and now i pay when he's there. Service don't know yet. I have carpenter ants and they came back so we will see. He is suppose to come back this week

  I worked there for 3 years and 4 months. The management is terrible and they interfere with the technicians abilities to take care of the customers properly by calling stupid meetings all the time. They pay you only if the customer pays which is a conflict of interest because the don't want you to cancel customers but they want you to do a good job even if you haven't been paid in 6 months. The manager Roger Steinfath and his crony Jeff Ott are the 2 most obnoxious people I have met. I used this place as a stepping stone to get where I am now. This is crooks pest control and they bring shame to the cook's family name. The manager even was caught charging people for service they did not get because people would quit their jobs and he wanted to get his bonus. He refuses to spend the proper amount of money and educate the technicians on how to use the proper amount of product to the point where some months we had absolutely no chemical to use. If your being serviced by the Chattanooga branch go with a different company. Cook's is a great company but this branch needs shut down or a change in management.
