  Outstanding customer service! Brody Jewelers is a longtime jeweler in Chattanooga and my parents had used them in the past, but I never had. I had always made jewelry purchases from another shop on E. Main. I work downtown and regularly walk past Brody's on Cherry St. When it came time to buy an engagement ring, I thought I'd stop in. I'm glad I did! The ladies in the shop were very helpful, but the selection of rings was limited that day. They suggested that I visit the main store on Rossville Blvd. I did find one ring I liked at Cherry St. They said they'd send that ring to Rossville Blvd so I could compare it with the others before making a selection. I went to Rossville and met with Michael Brody. He was very friendly and clearly wanted to help me find the perfect ring within my budget. I ended up purchasing the ring I'd initially found on Cherry St. I was leaving town the next day and needed the ring sized. They scrambled and got the ring sized and I picked it up then next afternoon! I'll definitely use Brody's for my next jewelry purchase and recommend them to my friends.
