  I will never shop here again. The process after purchasing my couch was frustrating. First, my couch was supposed to take a month to come. I called when my couch was supposed to be here, and was told it wasn't coming in for two more weeks. Then, I was told I would receive a call when my couch came in. I called the day after it was supposed to be there and was told it was already there for a day. I went and got it about 7 hours later and still never received a call that it was in. I would never have known it was in if I hadn't followed up myself. The whole process was very frustrating and I will go somewhere else for my furniture next time. (I told several of my family members of my frustration and they have had the same experience with Ashley Furniture on the back end of a purchase)
