  The service representative arrived on time, as scheduled. He was exceptionally personable and took time to explain his procedure in checking and evaluating the pest problem that we were experiencing. From that point, he determined the proper treatment, applied the necessary products required, and finished the job in a timely and efficient manner. He encouraged us to contact him if we experienced any necessary treatments or changes before his next scheduled visit. I highly recommend Arrow for any pest controls issues. We were very pleased with the service and staff. Thank you!
