  So Disappointed--We ordered an entire kitchen from the Chattanooga Allsouth for our new construction. In the move-in /walk through we noticed that the refrigerator was damaged and immediately contacted them via email, phone call and sent pictures of the damage. This was the end of November. We reached an agreement with the local manager Kevin for a small refund to compensate us for the damage. Some of the damage was visible and some was not, however, the lack of notification is inexcusable and unethical, the installer knew it was damaged. After several phone calls, and emails the company has yet to do what they agreed- it is now March. So Disappointed.
